• Classroom Culture: Exploration of understanding comfort for self, children, and the environment. Engagement of comforting activities and development a list of comforts to bring into their classrooms.

• Leadership Structure & Support: In this support plan, the focus will be on Transformational Leadership and how it has responsive, empowering effects.
